Shipping
Origin: All orders ship from our studio in Chennai, India.

Processing Time
Each order is made or packed with purpose. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before dispatch. For made-to-order or limited-run items, extended lead times may apply; this will be indicated on the product page.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it, or contact us for assistance.

Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot redirect packages once shipped and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Returns & Exchanges
We embrace slow production and encourage mindful purchases. While we do not support impulse buying, if you are unhappy with your order, we will do our best to assist you.
How to Request a Return
Email us at business.kiiran@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about your refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or style, please specify this in your return request email. We will confirm availability and reserve the item once we receive the original.
